At TPF Aid, volunteers are not just helpers — they are our heartbeat, our ground warriors, and our messengers of mercy.

Whether you’re a student, working professional, homemaker, or retired individual — your time, skill, and energy can become a lifeline for someone in distress. By becoming a volunteer, you don’t just serve others — you awaken something powerful within yourself.

I. Benefits of Becoming a Volunteer

  1. Spiritual Fulfillment — Serve mankind in the way of Allah, earn rewards beyond measure (Sadaqah-e-Jariyah).
  2. Emotional Satisfaction — The peace that comes from drying a tear or feeding a hungry child.
  3. Recognition & Certification — Official Volunteer ID, appreciation certificates, performance-based awards.
  4. Skill Development — Gain experience in relief work, medical camps, legal support, counselling, media, etc.
  5. Networking & Community — Join a large network of like-minded, empathetic individuals.
  6. Leadership Opportunities — Regional volunteer leaders may be promoted to core team roles.
  7. Priority Access — Volunteers may receive priority in TPF Aid workshops, training, and future employment opportunities.
  8. Access to Dawah Centre & Learning — Personal growth through Qur’anic values and social action.

II. How to Become a Volunteer

  1. Online Application – Fill the Volunteer Form on tpfaid.org/join-as-volunteer with identity proof and intent.
  2. Verification – Background check and short telephonic or video interview.
  3. Approval & ID Issuance – Receive official Volunteer ID and email confirmation.
  4. Training & Orientation – Attend mandatory induction (online or in-person).
  5. Field Assignment – Based on your skill, availability, and location.

III. Duties of a Volunteer

Volunteers must:

  • Represent TPF Aid with honesty, humility, and dedication.
  • Assist in fundraisers, relief drives, distribution, documentation, or digital outreach.
  • Maintain decorum while dealing with beneficiaries, especially vulnerable groups.
  • Report false cases, fraud attempts, or misuses of aid.
  • Maintain confidentiality and never misuse donor or beneficiary data.
  • Submit assigned work reports or updates punctually.
  • Be available for coordination when assigned for events or emergencies.

IV. Legal Disclaimers & Terms of Use

  1. Volunteering is unpaid and voluntary in nature.
  2. TPF Aid is not legally liable for any volunteer’s personal behaviour, actions, financial dealings, or conduct outside the scope of official assignments.
  3. Volunteers may not use the TPF Aid name, logo, or ID for personal gains, private campaigns, or representation at unauthorized platforms.
  4. No volunteer may speak to media or post public statements on behalf of TPF Aid without written permission.
  5. Volunteer actions must fully comply with Indian law and TPF Aid’s values.
  6. Volunteers may be removed or blacklisted in case of misconduct, misuse, or legal violations.

V. Grounds for Revocation / Expulsion

A volunteer may be suspended, expelled, or blacklisted from all TPF Aid activities if found involved in:

  • Any criminal activity or police complaint
  • Moral turpitude, including cheating, fraud, abuse, or harassment
  • Misuse of funds, aid material, or access to beneficiary data
  • Creating communal disharmony, spreading hatred, or insulting any religion
  • Defaming or misrepresenting TPF Aid on social media or elsewhere
  • Unauthorized communication or impersonation
  • Negligence or repeated irresponsibility after warnings

TPF Aid’s Legal Wing will initiate necessary legal action wherever applicable.

VI. Code of Conduct & Morality

Volunteers are expected to reflect the etiquette and ethics of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, who embodied service with sincerity, truth, and gentleness. As he taught:

  • “Speak well or remain silent.”
  • “Smiling in the face of your brother is a charity.”
  • “Be kind, for Allah loves kindness in all matters.”

Expected Behaviour:

  • Be polite, never forceful — even if your help is declined.
  • Do not discriminate — serve everyone equally.
  • Maintain hygiene, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Avoid selfies or boasting of your service online.
  • Never humiliate the needy — serve with honour, not pity.

VII. Non-Liability & Image Protection

  • TPF Aid and True Path Foundation are not responsible for a volunteer’s private, political, or religious affiliations or views.
  • The Foundation shall not be held liable if any volunteer engages in unauthorized, independent activities in their personal capacity.
  • Volunteers are not considered employees, agents, or representatives under the Companies Act or any labour law.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to revoke all volunteer rights and deny association without explanation, for the sake of integrity, trust, and public image.
