Note: True Path Foundation does not accept or solicit any foreign donations, directly or indirectly. We are not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), 2010, and therefore do not process international remittances, funding, or communications related to foreign contributions. Any such attempts will be declined.

Your name, profile image, or any publicly identifying information will not be displayed in the donor acknowledgment section of the respective cause. Your donation amount and donor identity will be hidden from public view and from other donors or visitors on the platform.
However, in compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, and applicable laws governing transparency for NGOs in India:
- If you choose to receive a donation receipt for tax exemption (under Section 80G), you
will be required to submit personal details including:- Full Name
- PAN (Permanent Account Number)
- Address
- Valid contact information
These details will be used only for statutory reporting, internal audit, or submission to government authorities if legally mandated and the details are never shared publicly, sold, or disclosed to third parties for any commercial purpose. By making an anonymous donation, you agree that you understand the distinction between public anonymity and lawful identity verification, and consent to the Foundation processing your data in accordance with this policy.

12. Foreign Funding Restriction
We reiterate that True Path Foundation and TPF Aid do not receive any foreign donations.

Any attempt to send international donations, gifts, or funds will be declined or refunded without processing.
