What is the TPF Emergency Fund?

The Emergency Fund is a constantly replenished pool of donations reserved exclusively for urgent and critical needs, where time is of the essence and traditional fundraising may take too long.

It is not for routine charity, but for situations where delay could mean death, injustice, or irreversible loss.

Who is it for?

We mobilize our Emergency Fund for:

Medical Crises

  • Accident victims requiring urgent surgery or ICU
  • Patients on dialysis, chemotherapy, or life-support
  • Pregnant women in distress during labour
  • Infants with life-threatening conditions
  • Individuals denied treatment due to inability to pay deposits

Natural Disasters

  • Flood, fire, earthquake, or cyclone victims
  • Families who lost homes, documents, or livelihood overnight
  • Immediate ration, shelter, clothing, and water supply

Legal Emergencies

  • Poor individuals behind bars due to unpaid bail or petty fines
  • Detained migrant workers or labourers without legal aid
  • Families needing immediate legal filing for stay orders, injunctions, or custody disputes

Death and Burial Support

  • Muslim and non-Muslim families unable to afford dignified funerals
  • Janazah arrangements for orphans, widows, or unclaimed dead
  • Cremation or burial support in rural and disaster-hit zones

Family & Child Distress

  • Abandoned women or children in dangerous domestic situations
  • Children at risk of dropping out of school due to unpaid fees
  • Families forced onto the streets due to sudden eviction or violence

How Does the Fund Work?

1. Case Verification
Our emergency team verifies the urgency via video/audio call, third-party reference, or volunteer ground visit.

2. Rapid Approval
A three-member decision committee evaluates and clears funding within 30 to 90 minutes.

3. Instant Disbursal
Funds are transferred digitally via UPI or direct bank transfer to the hospital, vendor, legal representative, or verified party.

4. Transparency & Documentation
Every rupee is tracked. Donors may receive reports and closure updates upon request.

Emergency Doesn’t Ask Religion, Region & Language

We assist anyone in urgent need, regardless of:

  • Religion
  • Language
  • Region (within India)
  • Gender or caste

However, foreign emergencies responded to only in awareness & human rights activism — not via monetary aid, in line with Indian FCRA restrictions.
